What a wonderful festive week we’ve had! With two wonderful performances of Whoops A Daisy Angel for this year’s Nativity, EYFS and KS1 left us all ready for Christmas. The Year 2’s blew the school and then their parents away with their acting skills. And what beautiful singing from our younger years. I am very proud of them all. Thank you and well done children! 

Not only have the Year 2’s been working hard on the stage, they have been hard at work in the classroom. In maths, we have been looking at rounding to the nearest 10 and looking for number bonds to 10 to help us with adding and subtracting bigger numbers. In English, we are well on the way to writing our diary entries as Rose from our key text, The Tunnel by Anthony Browne.
