This week in computing we have been trying to link out learning to music. We used an app called Isle of tune. This was fun as we were able to create our own masterpieces and share it as a class. We found it interesting as we were able to change the pitch and tune of our island.

This week in English we were performing a section of our story. We found this useful as we were able to discuss the character’s thoughts and feelings. This helped us create a plan for our own story based on the book.

For World Book Day this year, year 1 and year 4 had the opportunity to share their love of reading. The year fours read to the year ones and exchanged conversations about books that they love. It was lovely to see how the classes worked together and we heard some beautiful stories being read.
