Today, Year 1 & Year 2 visited the Albany Theatre in Deptford to watch The Snow Queen.  The story followed Gerda, a little mouse who had a sleepover with her best friend, Kai.  During their adventure, they encountered the Snow Queen, who cast an unhappiness spell on Kai.  Alongside pupils from other schools, we helped by singing and dancing as friends to break the spell.  The play taught the children valuable lessons about friendship, bravery, and the magic of helping others.

The children had an amazing time and spoke about it all afternoon when we returned to school.
