On Tuesday, 40 children across Years 4, 5 & 6 had the opportunity to go to the Pantomime.  We travelled by coach to the Peacock Theatre in Holborn to see Cinderella. 

We were seated at the front of the theatre—the best seats in the house.   The anticipation rose as the pantomime started, opening with Cinderella sweeping the floor.

The children had an amazing time singing along to the songs, cheering on the goodies and booing baddies.  The adults and children had a dance & sing off of “La-la-la-lava, ch-ch-ch-chicken”.  The adults won (of course!)

What made the evening most special was the cast came out to greet the children at the end of the show. We were lucky enough to get a few signatures and photos.  We can’t wait to go back next year!
