Year 2 children celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day by learning about equality and fairness.  Through storybooks and videos, the children focused on his dream for kindness and peace.  The children drew portraits of him and expressed their own dreams for a better world for all.  The children planned and wrote their own 'I have a dream' speeches and then performed them to the rest of the class.  Well done everyone!
