The children in Year 5 have been working hard producing a soliloquy - a piece of writing that a character says out loud, as if thinking to themselves.

In our book, The Nowhere Emporium, the main character, Daniel, is talking to himself about what he thinks he should do next. We all wrote a soliloquy and read them out, as the character Daniel, to our friends in class.
