During Science Week, Year 1 has been very busy. In our science lesson, we explored different materials and investigated whether they were absorbent or waterproof by testing them. The children made predictions and carried out a science experiment to discover what makes ice melt faster. The children tested their ideas, and observed which conditions caused the ice to melt the quickest. It was a fun and exciting way to learn about scientific investigation!
