All this week, Year 5 has been completing a set of Taskmaster-style tasks, linked with our White Rose Maths scheme of learning. Fans of the show will be aware of the sort of tasks celebrities and comedians have been given in the past. The children have had to create a free-standing tower using only paper and tape, construct a marble run that keeps a marble moving for exactly 20 seconds, and find out something interesting about the class and present the data in a clear and inventive way.  Perhaps some of the children will discover the family friendly bleeped version of the original show online.
