This week in RE, the children learned that Advent is a special time of waiting and preparing for Christmas. To explore this idea, the class created their own Advent calendars. As they decorated each one, we talked about what it means to wait with hope, be patient, and show kindness during this season. The children showed great creativity and understanding, and their calendars are a wonderful reminder of the true meaning of Advent.
