In English this week, Year 6 will be writing a description of wildlife in action in the tone of David Attenborough.  They have explored Attenborough's style of narrating and used this as inspiration for their own description.  In partners, they picked an animal to research, paying attention to a particular event in the animal's lifecycle, whilst observing its behaviour.  Before writing, the children generated a word bank of vocabulary to support their description.
